Refund Policy

Overview

At Favourse, we strive to provide an excellent experience for all our event attendees. We understand that sometimes plans change, but please note that our refund policy is strict to ensure the best experience for everyone involved. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for tickets purchased through our platform.

Refund Eligibility

1. Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled, ticket holders are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be credited to your Favourse account. Refunds will be processed automatically, and no further action is required by the ticket holder. In the event of cancellation, notifications will be sent via email to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date to receive timely updates. If the event organizer cancels the event, their account will be held for 60 days before creating any new events, and Favourse will review it gradually before the new event is created.

Non-Refundable Situations

1. Change of Mind Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged if you change your mind or can no longer attend the event for personal reasons.
2. Incorrect Purchase Please ensure you select the correct event and ticket type before finalizing your purchase. We cannot issue refunds for tickets purchased by mistake.
3. Partial Attendance No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or for leaving an event early.


How to Request a Refund

If your situation meets the eligibility criteria outlined above, you can request a refund by following these steps:

● Refunds can only be made if the event you are participating in is canceled by the Event Organizer.
● When the event is canceled, you will receive a notification email, and the refund process to your wallet account will take 1-14 working days.
● Withdraw credit from your wallet account and transfer it to your bank/e-wallet account with a minimum of IDR 20,000 + IDR 2,500 (as a platform fee).
● Your fund balance is transferred to the bank account registered in your profile.

● Processing Times: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
● Service Fees: Any service fees or charges incurred at the time of purchase are non- refundable.
● Updates and Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
