By attending or participating in events through Favourse (“User”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to your use of Favourse's platform, including matchmaking, networking, and event-related services provided by Favourse.

2. User Obligations

Users are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided during registration and event participation is accurate. Users agree to follow all rules and guidelines set forth by event organizers and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

3. Ticketing and Refunds

Tickets purchased through Favourse are subject to the refund and cancellation policies set by the event organizer. Favourse is not responsible for any issues arising from ticketing disputes; these should be resolved directly with the event organizer.

4. Data Collection and Use

• Networking and Data Usage Consent

  “By opting into networking and matchmaking through Favourse, you consent to Favourse collecting and processing your data to facilitate meaningful connections and improve your event experience. Your information may also be used to keep you informed about relevant future events and opportunities.”

• Telegram Mini App Consent

  “By participating in networking and matchmaking services with Favourse, you agree to optionally use our Telegram Mini App (TMA) for enhanced event experiences. Upon event check-in via QR code, you may be prompted to open the Favourse TMA to connect with relevant users, access matchmaking features, and explore networking opportunities tailored to your interests. Your consent allows Favourse to collect, process, and utilize your data for these purposes, in line with our data privacy practices.”

5. Intellectual Property

Users may not use Favourse's logos, branding, or other intellectual property for any purpose other than as explicitly authorized by Favourse.

6. Code of Conduct

Users agree to engage respectfully with others during events and to avoid any behavior that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. Favourse reserves the right to restrict access to events or the platform for users who violate these guidelines.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Favourse is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from event participation, including issues related to:

• Miscommunication or misinformation about the event.
• Incidents or injuries occurring at the event.
• Technical failures, delays, or interruptions of the Favourse platform.

8. Termination

Favourse reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to its platform if a user violates these Terms, engages in disruptive behavior, or otherwise breaches the code of conduct.

Terms & Conditions for Event Organizers

1. Introduction

By using Favourse as an event organizer (“Organizer”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all services provided by Favourse and govern your use of our platform, including any matchmaking, networking, ticketing, and promotional services offered through Favourse.

2. Organizer Responsibilities

As an Organizer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your event, including event details, ticketing, and scheduling information.
• Obtain all necessary rights, licenses, permits, or consents to host, promote, and hold the event.
• Use Favourse's platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

3. Ticketing and Fees

Organizers are responsible for setting ticket prices and refund policies for their events. Favourse may collect a platform fee and/or service fee for providing event hosting, ticketing, and matchmaking features. Such fees will be outlined during event setup.

4. Data Collection and Use

• Data Usage Agreement

  “The Organizer agrees to allow Favourse to collect, process, and utilize user data for the purpose of enhancing networking and matchmaking experiences. This includes using user data to facilitate connections, personalize event recommendations, and inform users of future relevant events and opportunities. The Organizer acknowledges and consents to Favourse's use of this data for these purposes.”

• Telegram Mini App Integration

  “The Organizer agrees to support Favourse's Telegram Mini App (TMA) as an optional networking tool for users. After users check in via QR code, they will be prompted to access the TMA for matchmaking and networking purposes. The Organizer consents to the collection, processing, and use of user data through the TMA to enhance event engagement and facilitate valuable connections, with data usage aligned to Favourse's privacy and data protection policies.”

5. Intellectual Property

Favourse retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our platform, including but not limited to logos, branding, designs, and user interfaces. Organizers may use Favourse branding only as specifically authorized for event promotion.

6. Indemnification and Liability

Organizers agree to indemnify and hold Favourse harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Misrepresentation or inaccuracy of event information.
• Failure to obtain required permissions or licenses.
• Any dispute, injury, or incident occurring at or in relation to the event.

7. Termination

Favourse reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the platform if an Organizer violates these Terms or engages in any behavior that is illegal, harmful, or disruptive to the Favourse community.
